Vitamin B12 – This is THE “energy vitamin” as it will increase your energy level and prevent fatigue. It also helps to suppress the appetite in weight loss programs plus having a mild diuretic effect. It stimulates the use of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in the body. L-Carnitine – This amino acid is a special shuttle of fat molecules into your energy producing machinery in your cells. Carnitine decreases as we age. It also increases your energy levels while it helps you burn fat. You can find it in red meat and smaller amounts in fish and chicken. Better yet you can find it in our Slim Jim/Jane IV.
