Get your hormones back in balance your by eating healthy fats, detoxifying your liver, and looking after your gut health and stress levels. You’re Eating Too Much: In order to lose weight, you need to be a caloric deficit, meaning you need to eat less calories than burn. Finding out how many calories you are burning each day can be beneficial and a good learning tool to see if consuming too much. Consider using an app to log your intake or write down what you eat in a food journal for a week. This really helps you take a better look into your nutrition. There are many calculators online that you can use.
You Aren’t Eating a Proper Balance of Macronutrients or The Right Types of Foods: Having a proper balance of macronutrients is an important factor to losing weight. It is a common mistake for people to underestimate carbohydrate intake and overestimate fat intake. Make sure you are getting a proper balance of protein, complex carbs and healthy fats into each of your meals. Load your plate up with nourishing, whole foods to provide your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs.
